Coach Jeb is the owner and head coach for the Pacesetter program. He’s a lifelong athlete but didn’t find real fitness until he was 35. Since then, he’s remained in the best shape of his life. 

Coach Jeb is a career billion-dollar buyer for large retailers. Today, he’s a performance coach for executives where fitness is a cornerstone.

I’ve been a Retail Exec for 20 years. I’ve bought and sold goods for some of the largest brands in the world. It’s demanding, competitive, and stressful. But in this environment, I’ve still found time to maximize my health and fitness. I run, I swim, I walk on my hands, I lift heavy and keep hitting personal bests deep into my 40’s. I compete in fitness competitions, play soccer on the weekend, and have run 20+ ultra marathons.
