This is the program that will build your confidence in singular (monostructural) movement.
Progressions are planned for 6-9 weeks at a time and are designed to make you better and trigger muscular endurance.
This is not your primary fitness program; FINISHERS take 10-15 minutes and are meant to be done after your typical workout.
If you are training CrossFit, Hyrox, Orange Theory, Obstacle Course Racing or the like, you will get better by knowing your current limits, THEN pursuing progressions to stretch that limit.
Example - In August we started pressing endurance and built a 9-week disciplined progression.
Week 1 - test a max set of pushups.
Week 2 - double your max pushups, divide evenly over 8:00, and do that number every minute for 8 minutes
week 3-8 - continue expanding pressing endurance through varying progressions
week 9 - retest max set
Currently there are handstand, pull-up, push-up progressions in cycle. Sprinkled in with jumping rope, sandbags, running, and sit ups.
